    Sadhna Broadcast Limited was incorporated on May 18, 1994 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name on conversion to Public Limited Company was issued on October 27, 1994. Later, fresh certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi on June 03, 2014.

    The Corporate Identity Number of the Company is L92100DL1994PLC059093.The Company is currently listed with Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited and Bombay Stock Exchange.

    As on date, the authorized share capital of the Company is Rs. 105,000,000 /- (Rupees Ten Crores Fifty Lakhs Only), comprising of 105,000,000 Equity Shares bearing a face value of Rs 1/- each and the Issued, Subscribed and Paid-up Capital of the Company is Rs. 100,265,430 /- (Rupees Ten Crores Two Lacs Sixty Five Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Only), comprising of 100,265,430 Equity Shares bearing a face value of Re 1/- each. The entire paid up capital of 100,265,430 Equity Shares is listed on the Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE.

      • To carry on the business of the advertising agency
      • To carry on the business of content development of films, music, programs, news, serials, documentary films and software development and to do other work related with these activity.
